NFL Preview(AFC North)

Pittsburgh(10-6)
I was back and forth with who should win this division...I went with the Steelers because they seem tougher on defense than the Browns. But it can easily go the other way if the offensive line doesnt hold up like it hasnt as of late. Also this team is no spring chicken...last year they limped into the playoffs with injuries to its big playmakers...if they are going to make a run they need everyone to be healthy.Big Ben is a quality QB and has all the options in the world with reliabilty(Hines Ward),speed(Santonio Holmes) and size(Limas Sweed and Heath Miller) but none of that matters if the ground game isnt going. They have 2 very good options with Willie Parker and Rashard Mendenhall, offensively this team is stacked at skill positions.Defensively they are stacked as well with no real weakness...just know that.

Cleveland(10-6)
This team is on the verge...they are a high powered offense with an improving defense..but I think it will be the defense that holds them back,by not holding anyone.I said they were improving, but it may not be at a playoff level yet.The addition of Shaun Rogers will help the push up front but I didnt think the secondary was that great anyways. What you should take from this team is alot of high scoring..and no Brady Quinn...yet

Cincinnati(6-10)
6 is a tad generous...this team isnt very good..I love the combo of TJ Houshmandzadeh,Chad Ocho Cinco(lol) and Carson Palmer..its an elite combo..but anywhere else isnt good...no Rudi Johnson..so the running game is in flux right now...combine that with the ever decline of defense being played there...I dont know how this team could do well in any fase of the game right now.

Baltimore(5-11)
5 is also a bit generous..this team doesnt really seem know what to do at QB right now..Troy Smith had the inside track in the preseason, but has gotten sick and hasnt played...Kyle Boller is hurt with some kind of shoulder injury..but..is still playing?...and they just signed Joey Harrington...so that means rookie Joe Flacco is the day 1 starter...so you just dont know what the offense is capable of.Willis McGahee is the workhorse..but wait..his knee has been acting up on him..so enter Ray Rice?...do you see where I'm going with this?...defensively the team is still elite...but age is starting to get up there for the mainstays on this team...and word is Ed Reed has a career threatening injury he's dealing with so you never know whats going on with the backside...mix in a new coach..and you have last place everyone
